Analysis of land element allocation strategies in Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone under the background of urban-rural integrated development

Abstract： Urban-rural integrated developmentisanewapproach to promotingcoordinated regional development.The ShenzhenShanweiSpecialCooperationZonehasprovidedanewmodelforbalancedregionaldevelopment.Thispaperfocusesonthefactthat landfactorsareanimportantsupportforregionalhghqualitydevelopment，anddeeplyanalyzesthenewdrivingforcesfortherbanruralintegrateddevelopentof tecoopeationzeItsystematicallevies thecurntdevelopenttatsadlandesouesurt conditionsofteooperationZneandojectivelyaalyes thdifcultiesandchallngesinoptimzigteallcationoflandfacto in the cooperationzone.Theresearch findings show thatproblems suchas the manifestationofthe“dilemmaofsupplyanddemand" inurbadevelopmetaingapacitytelandacqusitioadesetlementforrbanrenewalandnovationandtheoodation ofthe interestsofrelevantparties，aswellastheitegrationofurban-ruraldevelopmentandthealignmentwithpolicymeanisms， willall cosrintelotoftotiooeasdosicdtaedsgtoseproodtdatte requirementsofrfoaddevelopentimproetheualityndecyoflandfactorallocatio，improvetelandaqsitioad resetlementsystemandpolicyframework，andimprovetheplanningandlandusearangementwithintheurbandevelopmentboundary. This researchcanprovidetheoreticalsupportand practicalreferences fortheotimizationoflandfactorallocationandurban-rural integration in the cooperation zone.
