Abstract:Infrastructureseresasthegeotechicalfoundationsupportingsocialproductionanddailylife,anditssafetyisdirectly relatedtosocialstabilityandthequalityofhumanlivingenvironments.Asthefundamentaload-bearingand hazard-bearingmediumof infrastructure,ockadsomasesaeproductsoflong-tenatualevoutio,adthirabilityis trefreakeyctortoling thesafetyofgotcalgingte.Owgtoeirtralrooentdretetaity extremelychallengingtoobtainreliableinformationontheprogresivedeformationandfailureprocesssofrockandsoilmasses. Startingfromtehstoricalevolutionofisituobservationtechologiesforgeomaterals,thisstudyintroducesthconceptofulti physical-fieldsensingofrockandsoilmases,mphasizingthatsensingrepresents thehighest levelof geotechnicalobsevation, withcontinuousspatiotemporalcharacterzationasitsmostprominentfeature.Thebasicprinciplesandtechnicaladvantagsof3Ds distributedoticalfrsinghologepreeted,ichisetlygdedseofteostetiearocfor achievingtruegeo-sensing.Furthermore,thefundamentalframeworkofageo-sensingfiberopticnetwork(GFOSN)constructedbased ongeologicalboreolesisproposdItispotedout hatgeologicalboreolesdistributedthrougouttesubsurfeconstituteavalable butlargelyunderutledmonitorngresoue,astemajorityofteseboreolesarebackfilldorbandonedafterdrilingsulting inasignificant wasteofmonitoringpotential.FinallyteapplicationofteGFOSNinegional-salelandsubsidence moitoringis introduced,demostratingitspablitforlogteoiuousndpthgeecicalatiisdydotesthe systematicestablishmentofageo-sensingfiberopticnetwork,whichisexpectedtoprovideanimportant techologicalpathwayfor ensuring the safe and sustainable operation of large-scale infrastructure systems.
