Abstract:Undertheconstructionofanactivecontrol press-inprefabricatedshaft (ACPP),theevolutionofstresspathsandthe mechanisms goveringthedeformationresponseof thesuroundingsoilsremaininsuffcientlyunderstood.Toclarifytheunderlying behaviorandsupport stabilityassessmentandsafetycontrol duringshaftsinking,thisstudyisbasedontheACPPemergencyhaftof BeiqingRoadStationonShanghaiMetroLine13andadoptsanintegratedapproachcombiningnumericalsimulationandlaboratory stres-pathtesting.TheentiresinkingprocesswassmulatedusingABAQUS,fromwhchrepresentativestresspathsofsoilelemetsat diferenteptsjacnttothdewallandteuigedgeextractedndtmappdaslodingstorsfore-pattraial tests to investigatesoilmechanicalresponsesunderdiferentstresspathsResultsiicatethatunderACPonditions,thestrspaths ofsoilsalongtheshaftsideexhibitpronouncedstratifcation:theshallowzoneisdominatedbystressreleaseinducedbyecavation unloading;themiddlezonedevelopsatypicalunloadingreloadingcyclicpathwiththemostsignfcantstressredistribution;andthe deepzonenearthecutingedgeshowsstepwiseeloadingrecoveryofonfingpressureafterprogressvenloadig,whileaialstres eitheraccumulatescontinuouslyorundergoes minoradjustments.Thetests furthershowthatthemidlesoftclayexperiences more pronouncedradialreboundduringunloading,uggestingapotentiallsnsitiveinteralforfuctuations insinkingrateanddiertial setlement.Tesefdingsprovideareferenceformchanicalanalsis,onstructionpacingoptimization,adsfetycontrofCPP shaft sinking.
