Construction and evaluation of territorial spatial health index： a case study of ZhejiangProvince

Abstract：Teritorialspaceis thematerialcarierandcoredomainforimplementingthe“HealthyChinastrategyand promoting high-quality development. Based on the conotationof health serving the comprehensive development demands of humanbeings， andcorelatingiteesoaatbutesoftalsac，tisperstalsptialalhsadsateof theteritoralsatialssteracteedbysfetyndsice，gynddaptabilityiencyandustaiabilityityad sharing，andcomplianceandgoodgovemance".Byemployingtheanalyticerarchyprocess（AH）andtheCRICjectiveweighting method，an evaluationindexwasconstructed，andanempiicalmeasurementwasonductedtaingthecounty-levelunitsofZejang Provinceastheresearchobject.Testudyfindsthat：ThelevelofteriorialspatialhealthinZhejiangProvinceexhibitssignificant geographicaladnortsouthdiferentiationcharactisis，generallysowingthatteorte Zejiangplainareaissupertothe southwesteZejanmoutaiusaandesouheasteZjgoastalhillea;（2）ereetcturaldierecsial dimensionsamongdiferentmajorfunctionzones.Themainagricultural producingareasemphasizecompliancegovernance，effciency andsustainability;thekeyecologicalfunction Zoneshighlightsafetyandresilience;whiletheurbanizedareasshowaclearoretation towardscomplianceandgodgoverance; （3）Dimensionssuchasequityandsharing，aswellascomplianceandgoodgoveance， haveahigheraralobutiotompovetofteralloalspatialealthdexetealsptialalidex canefectivelyrevealthedirentiationcaracteristicandevolutioarypatesoftespatalealthevelofounty-leveits.Its conceptualdef，otentdmesis，andvaationmospreirilyatisfytealyticaldsflatedi， providingasitifcasisnduanitativeuppotfoaccratelyentifgspatialpathologsfoulatingdiertiatedatise control strategies，and enhancing the modernization of territorial spatial governance.
