Fujian's Innovation Ecosystem Oriented Towards New Quality Productive Forces ： Connotations，Features，and Implications

Abstract：Against the backdrop of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation，developing new quality productive forces is a crucial pathway to advancing high-quality development. As a region where multiple national strategies converge，Fujian is currently at a critical stage of industrial restructuring and shifting growth drivers，making it imperative to build an innovation ecosystem compatible with the development of new quality productive forces. Based on Fujian's provincial context，this paper systematically elucidates the connotation， characteristics， and value implications of Fujian's innovation ecosystem. The study points out that Fujan's innovation ecosystem oriented towards new quality productive forces is a complex and multidimensional adaptive system. It exhibits regional characteristics of coordinated mountain-coastal development and innovation driven predominantly by the private economy，openness through cross-strait integration and transnational cooperation under the "Maritime Silk Road" framework，and self-organizing properties such as energy circulation，factor upgrading，and symbiotic coexistence among stakeholders.The evolution of the system drives the renewal of the labor force，the leapfrog advancement of the means of labor，and the ubiquitous expansion and gren transformation of the objects of labor，thereby propeling the development of new quality productive forces. An in-depth exploration of the core essence，key features，and significant value of Fujian's innovation ecosystem oriented towards new quality productive forces provides theoretical reference for optimizing the innovation ecosystem and offers practical guidance for driving high-quality development in Fujian through innovation.
