Green Finance Driving High-Quality Development in the Beijing一Tianjin一Hebei Region ： Spatiotemporal Differentiation and Dynamic Evolution from the Perspective of Economic Resilience

Abstract： Green finance is an emerging field integrating finance and environmental protection，it now guides socioeconomic development toward environmentally sustainable paths.This study is based on panel data from 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region spanning 2O12 to 2022.We construct a comprehensive evaluation system for green finance and economic resilience.Then we employ kernel density estimation，two-way fixed effects models and mediation analysis to investigate their spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and underlying mechanisms. The findings indicate that ： ① Green finance significantly enhances economic resilience，a conclusion that remains robust after endogeneity and robustness tests; ② Urbanization rate plays a mediating role in the influence of green finance on economic resilience; ③ Both green finance and economic resilience show remarkable overal improvement，with their spatial pattern evolving from a unipolar core structure to a polycentric network，though the significant differences are still persist in the intra-regional.Accordingly，we propose policy recommendations including implementing targeted and instrument-based green finance policies，deepening the integration of green finance and urbanization strategies with a focus on green infrastructure projects， strengthening cross-regional resource spillover to narrow the development gap，and improving market-based risk management and ecological compensation mechanisms. These measures aim to strengthen the overall economic resilience of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and facilitate highquality development.
