Stability Research on Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Based on Evolutionary Game and Stochastic Mutation Theory

Abstract:To enhance industrial chain resilience and independent innovation capability,this study develops an Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation model using evolutionary game theory, incorporating a stochastic mutation perspective to examine system stability mechanisms. Replication dynamics equations model the strategic evolution of participants,transformed into a cusp catastrophe model to establish a stochastic dynamic system with Gaussian white noise. Resilience metrics quantitatively assess system stability and disturbance resistance under external disruptions. Numerical simulations reveal how key parameters influence the system’s nonlinear evolution and stability. Results show: ① Self-organized phase transitions occur when variable combinations cross bifurcation points, triggering structural shifts in innovation strategies; ② Beyond specific thresholds,parameter effects on mutations are quantifiable through resilience measures; ③ Strengthened penalties and reduced speculative incentives prevent strategic deviation from technological innovation. This study offers novel perspectives for analyzing collaborative innovation and quantitative approaches for studying system mutations.
