Research on the Evaluation and Enhancement of Digital Entrepreneurship Competence of College Students in Local Undergraduate Institutions

Abstract：The digital entrepreneurship competence of colege students in local undergraduate institutions is closely related to the stimulation of regional economic vitality.Focusing on the level of digital entrepreneurship competence of college students in local undergraduate institutions，this paper evaluates the digital entrepreneurship competence of college students in representative local undergraduate institutions by constructing a“three-dimensional ten-level” index system and using methods such as questionnaire surveys and single-sample T-tests. The results show that the overall digital entrepreneurship competence of college students is at a medium level. In the knowledge dimension，the indicators of industry and traditional knowledge perform well， but the indicator of digital business model cognition is significantly insuficient. In the skilldimension，general entrepreneurial skills are relatively solid，but there are shortcomings in the practical operation of digital tools and the ability to integrate resources. In the quality dimension，adaptability and technical ethics perform well， but the ability to take risks and the ability to innovate and transform need to be improved. Based on this，countermeasures such as reconstructing the curriculum system， strengthening practical teaching，and deepening school-enterprise cooperation are proposed to provide references for optimizing entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
