Research on Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Tourist Homestays in Coastal Province： A Case of Jiangsu Province

Abstract：Homestayisan important businessmodel inthe tourism industryandacrucialtolforruralrevitalization.In recent years，there have been signs ofitblooming everywhere.Thecoastal areas have outstandingresourcecharacteristics， providing agoodfoundation forthe layout anddevelopmentof thehomestayindustry.Accuratelyanalyzing the spatiallayout andinfluencingfactorsofhomestays inthisareacanhelpojectivelyreflectthecurrentsituationandcharacteristicsoflocal homestaydevelopment，andprovidereferenceforthesustainabledevelopmentofthehomestayindustry.Jiangsuislocatedin thecentral coastalarea ofChina and is amajor province foreconomic and tourism development.Thehomestayindustry has developedrapidlyandhas bcomeanimportant force inthe transformationand upgadingofculture and tourism. Using web crawlingtechnologytoextractdata from4620homestays in13citiesinJiangsuProvinceon Ctripplatform，ArcGIS software was used to studythe spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of homestays in Jiangsu Province using spatialanalysis method.ResearchhasfoundthatthespatialdistrbutionofhomestaysinJiangsuProvinceexhibitssignificant clustering characteristics，mainlyconcentrated incitiessuch as Nanjing，Wuxi，uzhou，andYangzhou，withanovrall pater of“high inthe southandlowin the north”;Theurbanizationrate hasthe highest impactonthespatial distributionof homestays，while the influenceof terain informationsuchas elevationand slope is the weakest，whichisdirectlyrelated tothe plain terrain ofJiangsu Province.
