Abstract：The marine-related health services under the“Maritime Power”strategy are of great significance in enhancing public health，promoting the development of the marine health industry in free trade ports， and preventing public health risks. On the basis of analyzing the current situation and development difficulties of maritime health services and related industries in Hainan Province，this article proposes countermeasures to enhance the capacity of marine-related health services. The low quality and efficiency of health services is an important limiting factor for the development of maritime medical tourism and health care（sports）industries in Hainan Province and other regions；The rapid rise of new industries related to the sea and the diversified demand for health services; The multi domain integration system of maritime health services has not yet been established，and the linkage between land and sea urgently needs to be strengthened;There is a shortage of specialized talents in tropical marine health services. Therefore，the development of marine health services and related industries should establish a coordinated linkage betweenlandandsea for marine medical tourismandhealthcareservices；Strengthendiversifiedand fullprocess health services for the marine industry population;Multi partycollaborative developmentof marine medical treatment and marine health services；Accelerate the development of maritime health services and create intelligent maritime health services.
