Study on the Influence of New Quality Productivity on the High-Quality Development of Marine Economy

Abstract：The construction of marine power is inevitable to realize the high-quality development of the marine economy，and the development of new quality productive forces provides help for the high-quality development of the marine economy in China. Based on the panel data of coastal provinces from 2010 to 2O20，this paper constructs theindicators ofnew quality productivity and high-quality development of marine economy in coastal provinces，and reveals the influence of new quality productivityon high-quality development of marine economyand its mechanism. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the new quality productivityand the highquality development of the marine economy.Mechanism analysis shows that the newquality productivityimproves the allcation efficiencyof inovation factors such ascapital and talent，soas to promote the high-qualitydevelopment of the marineeconomy.Accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productivity in the marine field， helping to achieve sustainable and high-quality development of the marine economy，notonly helps to enhance China's competitiveness in the global marine economy，but also provides China’s solutions and wisdom for the protection and rational use of global marine resources.
