Research on the Development Path for Introducing and Cultivating Scientific and Technological Talents in Henan Province from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract： [Purposes] By analyzing the science and technology talent policy system of Henan Province， this study explores the problems in talent introduction and cultivation and proposes corresponding policy recommendations.[Methods] It analyzes the basic situation of science and technology talent introduction and cultivation in Henan Province and the practical challenges faced by the talent system construction， proposing a development path for it.[Findings] Henan Province faces challenges in science and technology talent introduction and cultivation，such as a less prominent geographical advantage，fierce competitionat home and abroad，a lack of national-level innovation platforms，and scarce high-quality higher education resources.There is a structural shortage of science and technology talent，which cannot ffectively meet the needs of economic and social development.[Conclusions] By improving the talent environment and refining talent introduction and cultivation mechanisms，this study explores feasible paths for the integrated development of education，science，and technology talent in Henan Province， aiming to provide solid talent support for its economic and social development.
