Research on Economic Calculation Model of Prefabricated Building Based on Cost-Benefit Theory

Abstract： [Purposes] To study the economic benefits of prefabricated buildings，an economic calculationmodel for prefabricated buildings based on cost-benefit theory is constructed.[Methods] Based on diffrent assembly rate and prefabrication rate schemes in engineering examples，cost-benefit analysis and cost estimation are carred out considering the influence of different bank loan proportions.[Findings] The research shows that when the proportion of bank loans is 10% ，the increase in the prefabrication volume promotes the increment of total benefits.When the proportion of bank loans is 50% ，the increase in the prefabrication volume reaches a minimum point at approximately 25% of the prefabrication rate.The variation law of the financial benefit ratio with the prefabrication rate consistent with that of the total benefit increment.[Conclusions] The economic calculation model established in this study can，to a certain extent，reflectthe relationship between prefabricated buildings and engineering benefits in actual projects，and can provide effective theoretical guidance for engineering construction.
