Practice of Preferred Supply Resource Construction Based on R&DProduction Collaboration

—ACase Study ofEnterprise A LIWenhui (China Air-to-Air Guided Missile Research Institute,Luoyang471OO9,China)

Abstract: [Purposes] To address prevalent pain points in enterprise supplier management,such as uneven capacity allocation, inefficient screening,and inadequate collaboration; to reduce compliance risks in supplier selection during procurement,and to enhance supply chain robustness and stability.[Methods] The case study method was used to analyze the specific practices of Enterprise A in building a supplier selection resource base,and relevant approaches were summarized to provide reference for similar enterprises. [Findings] From the aspects of improving the optimization principles,strengthening the unified standard,single-source risks,and supporting the excellnt and strong suppliers,Enterprise A established a management and control mode of preferred supply resources across the whole lifecycle,whole process,and allevels.It constructed a unified,standard, effectively managed,R&D-production coordinated,innovative,and efcient preferred supply resource database system.[Conclusions] The focus should be on standardizing the construction and use process,strictly controling the selection of preferred supplier directories,improving the management of preferred catalogs,and giving full play to the role of "chain leader" in order to build a supplier selection resource base and enhance the role of the "chain leader" in the supply chain.
