Research on Maintenance of Non-site Law Enforcement System for Vehicle Over-Limits and Overloading

Abstract: [Purposes] To ensure the long-term stable,secure,and reliable operation of the non-site law enforcement system for vehicle over-limits and overloading,and to improve the management level of noncontact detection and law enforcement for highway over-limit and overload transport,research on system maintenance was conducted.[Methods] Based on practical case analysis,focusing on common system fault types,the study explored the mechanisms through which regular maintenance,technical upgrades,and personnel training contribute to system stability and detection accuracy.[Findings] The typical fault characteristics of four major subsystems-weighing, license plate recognition and video surveillance,data transmission, and LED information display—were identified.The keycauses of failures were revealed,and targeted handling measures along with forward-looking optimization solutions were proposed.A comprehensive maintenance system covering regular maintenance,technical upgrades,personnel training,and data management was established.[Conclusions] Through the integrated application of multi-dimensional maintenance strategies,combined with the enabling of new technologies suchasartificial inteligence and the Internetof Things, the system can achieve intelligent, eficient,and scalable upgrades.This adapts to future transportation development needs,reduces operational costs,and enhances law enforcement effectiveness.
