Abstract: [Purposes]In view of the fact that there is no clear legislation on the copyright protection of artificial inteligence products in China, which leads to inconsistency in the determination of copyright cases involving artificial intelligence products in judicial adjudication,it is necessary to explore the protection path for the copyright of artificial intelligence products in China.[Methods] Starting from the existing problems in copyright protection of artificial intellgence products in China,this paperdeeply analyzes the copyrightability of artificial intelligence products and puts forward suggestions on the construction of a copyright protection path for artificial intelligence products.[Findings]At this stage,there is no clear legal determination of the copyrightability of artificial intelligence products in China.However, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,its generated content has increasingly approached human works in terms of quality and creativity,and it is urgentto provide aclear copyright protection framework for artificial intelligence products.[Conclusions] Itis suggested to adopt a unified standard of subjective and objective to identify the copyrightabilityof artificial intelligence products,accelerate the legislative process,and clearly addres issues such as the ownership and protection period of artificial intelligence products.
