Analysis and Suggestion of Water Resources Exploitation and Utilization in Kaifeng City

Abstract：[Purposes] This study aims to analyze the current situation of water resources development and utilization in Kaifeng City，to provide references for the rational allocation and sustainable development of water resources，and to ofer strong water conservancy support for the city's socio-economic development.[Methods] Based on the spatial and temporal variation patterns of water resources in Kaifeng City from 1956 to 2O23 and the current status of development and utilization，existing problems were analyzed，and targeted suggestions were put forward.[Findings] The analysis reveals prominent issues in Kaifeng City，including a relatively weak water resources endowment，difficulties in water resources development and utilization，an unreasonable water source structure，a low level of water-saving practices， and significant groundwater overexploitation.[Conclusions] It is suggested to implement measures such as the rational utilization of Yellow River water resources，accelerating the integrated urban-rural water supply project， increasing ecological water replenishment for small and medium-sized rivers，improving the utilization rate of local surface water and rainwater，and upgrading water diversion projects from the Yellow River.These measures will ensure the scientific allocation and efficient utilization of water resources in Kaifeng City and achieve sustainable development.

根据全国第三次水资源调查评价成果，开封市多年平均水资源量为10.02亿 m3 ，人均占有水资源量仅为 226m3 ，低于河南省人均的2/3、全国人均的1/9，而河南省是联合国确定的人均占有量低于500m3 的严重缺水地区。（剩余3998字）
