基于实践能力为导向的双链驱动模式在心脏康复学教学改革的创新探索

[Abstract]ObjectiveExploretheteaching modelsandapplicationefectsforimprovingtheclinicalpracticalcompetenceof standardizedtrainingresidentsandpostgraduatesincardiacrehabilitationMethodsAtotalofOstudentsintheDepartentfCardiology,grade21—2O23inthesecondhospitalofJilinUniversityererandomlydividedintoexperimentalgoupandcontrolgoup, with30casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupadoptedthetradionallecture-basedteachingmodel,wheretheoreticalteachingand practicaltutoringasdeliveredbyclinicalphysicians.Bycontrast,theexperimentalgoupimplementedthedouble-chaindriveeachingmodel,adptededual-utorsystemconsistigofclinicalpsiciansandrehabilitationterapists,andcaiedoutathden sionalevaluationreilssntaciallltdoliy thetwomodelswerecompared.ResultsThetheoreticalassessmentscoresof theexperimental groupweresignificantlyhigherhan those of the control group ( P<0.05 ). The scores of the experimental group students in cardiopulmonary resuscitation ,cardiopulmonaryexercisetesting,standardizedoperationofte6-minutewalktest,andformulatioofthefivemajorprescriptionswerealigher than those of the control group( P<0.05 ).Theexperimental group also obtained higher scores inmedical ethics,teamwork and communicationskills,folow-upandhealthmanagement,patienteducation,and humanisticcarecomparedwiththecontrolgroup( P< 0.05).ConclusionThedoublechaindrivingmodeof thedeepcombinationofclinicalabitychainandteachinginovationchain caneffectively improve students'clinical practice ability and comprehensive quality.

心脏康复学的传统教学偏重理论知识灌输,导致学生独立处理心脏康复临床场景的能力较差,学生普遍存在临床胜任力不足的问题,主要体现在心肺运动试验(Cardiopulmonary exercise testing,CPET)操作流程尚未规范化、对于高危患者运动风险把控不成熟、多模态康复干预方案制定不全面。(剩余6245字)
