间质性肺疾病（Interstitial lungdisease，ILD）是结缔组织病（Connectivetissuedisease，CTD）的常见肺部并发症，可见于多种CTD，如系统性硬化病（Systemicsclerosis，SSc）、多发性肌炎/皮肌炎（Polymyositis/Dermatomyositis，PM/DM）、类风湿关节炎（Rheumatoidarthritis，RA）、干燥综合征和系统性红斑狼疮等[1]。（剩余12716字）
