地方高校服务乡村振兴的现实问题、行动转变与机制创新

Abstract：Against thebackdropof thecontinuousdeepeningof theruralrevitalizationstrategy，localcolegesanduniversities，asthecore forceinregionaltalentcultivation，scientificresearch innovation，and social services，theiractual efectivenessinserving ruralrevitalization hasadirectimpacton the process ofurban-ruralintegrated development and thelevel of agriculturaland rural modernization.However，at present，local coleges anduniversities stillfacemany practical challnges in participating in ruralrevitalization practices：thereisa disconnection between the talent training systemand the actual needs of rural development；the mechanism for transforming scientific research achievements into practical applications inruralareas isnotsmooth enough；thecolaborativecooperationbetween coleges and localities lacksastable andlong-term linkagemodel；and theconstructionof internalincentive mechanismsand resource guarante efforts arealso insuficient.Inresponseto these issues，localcollges anduniversities need toachievesystematic changes inaspects such as goal orientation，action models，content upgrading，and value expansion. Based on the theory of university-local collaboration，along-term“four-in-one”mechanism encompassing“talent cultivation，scientific research，socialservices， andculturalinheritanceand innovation”should beconstructed to break through the limitationsof traditional service models，improve the acuracy and sustainabilityof services forrural revitalization，and provide sustainable intellctual support and practical solutions for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.
