Abstract：QingmiaoFestival is alocal cultural practiceand organization deplyrooted inagricultural civilization，integrating folk beliefs，sacrificial rituals，productioncooperation，and social governance.Although it varies in formacross regions，it shares thecommon functions of praying for harvest anduniting communities，reflecting thepluralistic and integrated patern of Chinese culture.The Qingmiao Festival in Minxian County is a folk practicecenteredon the belief in Goddess.While retaining the main characteristics of general Qingmiao Festivals，it has absorbed Tibetan religious elements and ritual practices against the backgroundof multi-ethnic integration，thus forming a regional worship network andculturalcommunity.Incontemporary practice，Minxian Qingmiao Festivalhasbeen integrated with modern performances，digitalcommunication，andcultural tourism，forminganadaptivepathofdiversifieddevelopmentandintegratedidentity.Itvividly interpretsthereproduction mechanismof the Chinese nationalcommunityatthelocal level，and is of great value for promoting ethnic integration，enhancing communitycohesion，and advancing therevitalizationof rural culture.
