Abstract Inresponsetodefectssuchasupwardwarping,colingdeformation,andsurfacebulging generatedduringthecasting ofcoppernodeplates,aswellasesultingissuesintheelectrolysisprocsslikeuneveninteelectrodespacingandinceasdsot circuitrates,thisstudyanalyzesthetechnicallimitationsofexistinganodeplatestraighteningpreses,includingloweiciency dificultmaintenance,andinsuficientadaptabilitynovelverticalmulti-blockpresssolutionisproosedbymeansofotiized design,focusingonsructuralimprovementsndsiulationaalysisofteblockzoinglaout,hdraliccylidercoectitod, andwallplateticknessTispressemloysnineidependenthdraulicciderstodivezoedpressingblocks,ovativelydopts a“retainer ring + guide rod”connection structure to eliminate radial forcesonthe piston rods,and determines theoptimal wallplate thickness range of 350~4OO mm through ANSYS simulation. Prototype manufacturing & testing and application results demonstrate thatthequipmentachievesastraightenngeficiencyof45Oplates/hour.Aferstraightening,theflatnessandsagoftheanodeplates are controlled within ±3 mm,with stable hydraulic system operation.This efectively enhances the straightening accuracy of anode plates and the maintainability of the equipment, meeting the requirements of modern copper electrolysis production.
