Abstract Toaddress thechallengesof traditional side-blownsmelting processes,including lagging parameter monitoring, relianceonempiricalprocesscontrol,andhighenergyconsumptionandpllutantemisions,thisstudyestablishedathreetier inteligentapplicationsystemencompasing“Perception-Control-Decision-Making”Byintegratingkeytechnologiessuchaslaser inducedbreakdownspectroscopyforonlinecompositionanalysis,infraredthermalimaging forfurnacebodymonitoring,muli -- sensor fusion-basedispetionndartialinteligenceagorits,intellgtmaagementandntroloerteeprossfrofeed materialiput,athactionndfuacehealthoaterialonveyingwerechievedIdustralapicationesultsemostatetat this system has reduced the key composition analysis cycle from hours to seconds,improved smelting eficiency by 8.7% , narrowed the fluctuation range of matte grade by 68% ,and successfully enabled early warning of equipment potential failures and a significant reductioninunplanneddowntime.Thisresearch providesanefectivepracticalsolutionfortheintellgentupgradingandgreen production of non-ferrous metal smelting.
