硒对铜电解精炼过程的影响探究

Abstract To investigate theinfluence of seleniumon thecopper electrorefining processandthequalityof cathodecopper, industrial-scaletestswereconductedtosystematicallyexaminethebehaviorofseleniumfromanodecopperandpost-telurium precipitationsolutionsundervariousprocessconditions.Theresultsindicatethatwhen theseleniummassfraction intheanodecopper isbelow 0.04% ,it has no significant impactoncathode copperquality.Exceeding this threshold leads toagradual increase in particle plateratioandaprogressivequalitydeterorationincathodecopper.Foranodecopperwithhighseleniumcontentappropriately increasing the electrolyte temperature( )and the dosage of additives (adjustment range≤4 g/t )can reduce theparticle plate ratio,whereas increasing theelectrolyteflowratedoesnotimprovecathodecopperquality.Whentheselenium massconcentrationin theelectrolyteceds4mg/L,tecompositioandmorpologyofteatingimpuritischangesigiantlyesuinginaon depositsandflakypartiesonthecathodecoppersuface.Thisseverelyafects thephysicalappearanceandelementalcompositionof the cathode copper and can even cause impurity elements to exceed acceptable limits.
