AbstractInesponsetotheisuesofdelayedmoitoring,lowintegration,insuicientsafetyprotection,andcomplexoation andmaitenanceassociatedwithraditioalwaterhadersinmetallurgicalfuacecoolingsystems,thispaperproposesanintellgnt waterheadersolutionthatincorporatesodularintegration,industrialbuscommunication,andinteligentdiagnosticprotection technologies.Tewateraderodyintellgntdtectionistruments,apidsutffvalves,andontroluitsareprefabcatedsa singleunitbymeansofanintegrateddesign,withthePROFINETbusarchitecturereplacingtraditionalhardwiring.Basedona supply-retuwaterflowdiferentialtresholdalgorithm,thesystemenablesreal-timeleakagediagnosisandmillsecond-level( ⩽1 s) activewatershutoffprotectionIndustrialapplicationcases(ina32-pipesste)demonstratethatthissolutioncaneducecable usage by over 96 % ,enhance remote operationand maintenance eficiency,and provide comprehensive data for furnace thermal balancecalcuations,sgnificantlyimprovingthesafetyliabilityandintelligencelevelofetalurgicalfuacecoolingtem.
