AbstractAiming atthe isueofcooperativeeficiencybetween scrapersand mining trucksinunderground mineramp transportation,thisstudyinvestigatesthecalculationmethodforequpmentmatchingfactorsunderheterogeneousfletconditions.The spatial constraints,ventilationconditions,andvariabletaskrequirementsspecifictoramphaulageandtheirparticulardemandson equipment matchingareanalyzed,whilethelimitationsofhomogeneousfletmatchingmodelsaredescribed.Onthisbasis,a comprehensiveexpressonfortheterogeeousfleemathingfactor,asedonheratioofminingtruckarivalatetoaprseice rate,is introducedTakinganoverseaslead-incmineasanexample,theequipment matchingfactorsduringitsconstructiophase andproductionphasearecalculatedrespectively.Theresultsindicatethatthematchingfactorduringtheproductionphaseis1.00, reflectinggoodequipmentcordinatio;whereasduringtheonstructionphaseduetolongertransportdistancesandincreasedcycle times,thematchingfactordropstoO.44,eveaingasignificantsystembotleneck.Thismatcingfactormodelcanefectivelysse therationalityofequipmentconfigurationundercomplexworkingconditionsandprovideaquantiativebasisfortheoptimizationof mine transportation system.
