APractical Study on the Construction of Athlete Management and Service Support System for Winter Sports

Abstract:Faced with thepractical need to promote the sustainable development of winter sports and support the buildingofapowerful sportscountry,strengthening thesupport work for winter sports athlete holds significant strategic importance. By analyzing the logical positioning of the management and support of winter sports athletes,this study finds that relevant work should focusonthefullife-cyclemanagement of athletes,integrate sports public services with athlete support,and align with the needs of human capital development and career transition in winter sports. However, currently, there are major isses such as fragmented management systems and insuficient coordination mechanisms;a need to improve the matching degree between winter sports risks and insurance coverage;a lack of precise adaptability between logistics support and training requirements; an imperfect performance evaluation mechanism for special funds;and relatively narrow career transition channels for retired winter sports athletes.This paper proposes construction ideas including: strengthening personnel operation and maintenance management guided by standardization; improving the insurance mechanism with risk

prevention and control as the core; optimizing logistics andlivingconditionstargetingrefinedmanagement; ensuringthemeticulousmanagementofspecial funds focusing on efficient utilization;and promoting reemployment services for retired athletes led by

sustainable development. Guidedbyalogistics support philosophy thattranscends traditional frameworks,this study aims to achieve the iterative upgrading of management models,thereby creating asustainably developed winter sports athlete support ecosystem with Chinese characteristics.
