体验经济视角下新疆滑雪旅游消费促进策略研究

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the experience economy era,China’s ice and snow cultural tourism industry is undergoing profound structural changes.By integrating the theory of experience economy with the status of ski tourism in Xinjiang, this paper conducts a SWOT analysis of Xinjiang's ski tourism consumption from thefour dimensionsofentertainment,education,escapism,andaesthetics.Theanalysisrevealsthat thecurrentstrengthsof Xinjiang lie in superior resource endowments and emerging experiential value; the weakneses are the fractured experience chain and insuficient industrial synergy; the opportunities are driven byconsumption upgrading and favorable policysupport; and the threats are the interweaving of internal and external challnges and pressureon sustainable development. The paper proposes promotion strategies for Xinjiang's ski tourism consumption from the perspective of experience economy: in terms of the SO strategy,creating an immersive“four-in-one”themed

resortarea;in termsoftheSTstrategy,buildingcore competitive barriers that are unique and unmatched; in terms of theWO strategy,implementinga precisely empowered industrial upgradingplan;andintermsof theWT strategy,layingout sustainable and diversified future tracks.By transforming the unique ice and snow resourcesinto sustainable economic and humanistic values,Xinjiang can be truly built into a world-class demonstration zone for the high-quality development of the ice and snow economy.
