Dilemmas and Resolution Paths for Cultivating New Quality Productive Forces in the Sports Service Industry under the Background of High-Quality Development

Abstract： In thecurrent era where the nation emphasizes high-quality development， empowering the sports service industry with newquality productive forces isconducive toadvancing the construction ofa Sports Powerhouse and Healthy China.Byanalyzing thecultivation direction ofnew quality productive forces in thesports service industry，this studyconcludes that advancement should be strengthened inthe innovation-driven development， technological empowerment，business format integration，factorcoordination，and green transformation.However， the current cultivation process faces practical dilemmas，including the lag in the construction of policy and regulatory systems where innovation concepts are not fully implemented; a shortage of high-quality innovative talents and ineficient integrationof industry and education; insufficient core technological inovation and weak

independent viability of enterprises; slow excavation of sportsconsumptionpotentialandalackofhigh-level supply;and poordeep integration between industries alongside a lack of green development concepts. This paper proposes the following cultivation paths： strengthening the construction of policy and regulatory systems to deepen the philosophy of innovationdriven development; optimizing talent training models to consolidate the foundation of the sports service industry;innovatingmeansoflabortoaddress

shortcomings and adopting multiple measures to cultivate leading enterprises; perfecting resident consumption guarantee mechanisms to promote effective interaction between supply and demand; and facilitating deep integration between industries to continuously advance the concept of green development.Through the cultivation of newquality productive forces inthe sports service industry，this studyaims to inject stronger momentum into promoting the sustained prosperity of the sports industry and supporting the high-quality economic and social development.
