黑龙江省青少年冰壶运动发展的审视与推进

——基于市中小学实践及加拿大发展经验的对比

Abstract：As a leading province in winter sports in China， Heilongjiang enjoys a relatively sound development ofyouth curling.However，compared with Canada’smature curling development system，thereremainsacertain gap in the localization of international experience in the province. By analyzing the current situation of youth curling teaching in Heilongjiang，this study identifies several problems：utilitarian tendencyof intensive training only for competitions，structural obstacles caused by mixed-age teaching， and systematic rupture of the talent training chain.Based onacomparison of youth curling training systems between China and Canada，the“system gap"reflects deep-seated dilemmas，including diferences in teaching philosophy and goal orientation， curriculum

design and staged teachingimplementation，aswell as social and cultural foundation and development environment of curling.Drawing on Canadian experience，thispaperputsforwarddevelopment paths：building a multi-dimensional support system through collaborative integration; consolidating the frameworkto formscientificandorderlyinstitutional

norms; expanding publicity to createacultural atmosphere of nationwide participation; and guiding empowerment tofostera home-school collaborativeeducation patern.Based on local realities and returning to the educational essence of winter sports，the study aims to promote the transformation of school curling from short-term intensive training to systematic teaching，and from competition-oriented to popularization-oriented development， so that curling can truly become an important carrier to cultivate youth winter sports literacy and implement the integration of sports and education.
