Abstract： At present， global climate warming poses severe chalenges to the ice and snow industry. How to realize the sustainable development of the ice and snow industry through greenand low-carbontransition is not only an urgent issue to be broken through in the industry，but also a direction worthyof in-depth discussion in academia.By systematicall analyzing the impacts of climate change on the ice and snow industry and reviewing practical explorations of green transition in the ice and snow industry across many countries worldwide， this study identifies the inherent laws underlying industrial transformation and development.Itputs forward core paths including promoting the green transition and circular eficiency improvement of resource systems，strengthening the resilientconstructionand value creationofbusinessmodels，andrealizing digital empowermentand systematic optimizationof the industrial ecology.Through the in-depth integration of technological innovation，model optimizationandmulti-stakeholdercollaboration，and based on localized practices to form differentiated response
