——基于冰雪经济与冰雪文化的辩证视角

Abstract：The tension between ice and snow economyand ice and snow culture contains practical opportunities and path guidelines for advancing the ice and snow industry toa higher levelofquality development.Studying the contradictory unity relationship between the two is conducive toproviding theoretical support for the ice and snow industry to achieve quality and efciency improvement and sustainable development.By analyzing the dialectical logic of ice and snow economy and ice and snow culture，this paper points out that ice and snow economy is the root and foundation for the development of ice and snow culture，ice and snow culture exerts a dynamic shaping

effect on ice and snow economy，and the contradiction between iceand snow economyand iceand snow cultureisthedrivingforce forthedevelopmentof theice and snow industry.Further exploringthe mechanism of new-quality productivity in promoting thehigh-quality development of the ice and snow industry，it is found that new-quality productivity is an

important engine to resolve the inherent contradictionsofthe harmoniouscoexistencebetween humans and nature， a powerful support to address the unbalancedand inadequate development of the iceandsnow industry，andacore pilar to reconcile the contradiction between cultural inheritance and the demands of the times.This paper puts forward practical paths such as acelerating technological empowerment to realizethe green transformationof the industrial ecology; optimizing factor allocation to facilitate the coordinated regional developmentofthe industry; and advancing digital integration to promote the innovation of industrial and culturalformats.Bystimulating the sustainable development momentum of the ice and snow industry， this research aims to inject new ice and snowdriven impetus into the comprehensive construction of a great modern socialist country.
