Abstract： Artificial inteligence empowering interdisciplinary talent training in sports is an important measure to respond to the national strategies of educational digitalization and sports power，and promote high-quality development of sports. By analyzing the value implication of AI-enabled interdisciplinary talent training in sports，

this study finds that it can respond to the national strategy of building a strong sports country and serve themodernizationof sports;promote the“trinity” layoutandmeettheneedsofsocial development. However， the empowerment process also faces practical crises：the crisis of subjectivity in talent trainingcausedbytechnologydependence， thecrisisof curriculum structure caused by excessive technology generalization， and the crisis of evaluation narrowing

caused by technology dominance. Accordingly， governance pathsare proposed： conducting root-cause govermance and developing inteligent models suitable for interdisciplinary sports talent training; promoting internal reform and constructing anew human-machinecollaborative anddata-driven training ecosystem; strengthening external supervision and improving an agile governance system covering data， algorithms and applications.By promoting the transformationof talenttraining from traditional disciplinary separation to digital-intellgent interdisciplnary integration，this study helps the sports industry break through the talent botleneck and serves theconstructionofa strong sports country and a digital China.
