AbstractTo improve theteachingqualityof the FieldPracticeof Biology,thisstudycombined theresource endowments ofthe Yellow River Delta region,andaimed at the aspects tobe enhanced in thecurrent teaching of this course,such asthe arangementof practice duration,the investment in practical teaching funds,thescale of the professional instructor team,andtheadaptabilityofpracticecontenttothelocal natural environment.Itconstructed targetedoptimizationstrategies from5dimensions,namelyselectionof practice basesand routes,practicepreparation, practice form, practice processand content,and practice assessment methods.Specifically,the research established a preparation system combining virtual simulation and pre-practice,built 5school-enterprise cooperative practice bases covering threemajor ecosystems: mountainous areas,wetlands,and oceans,standardized the group-based practice form, designed5-day targeted practice content consistent withregional characteristics,andsetupa diversified comprehensive assessment method.These measures efectively optimized the practice teaching model.Teaching reform practices showed that the number of college students’inovation and entrepreneurship training programs,discipline competitionsandlaboratory openprojects appliedforbystudentsandthefrequencyof awards winning increased year by year,and professional teachers and industrial instructors jointly compiledand published a number of monographs related to field practice.This paper provides a reference forthe teaching reform of relevant field practice courses.
