Research on the industry-education integration talent training model for Agricultural Machinery Equipment Application and Maintenance major in vocational colleges

AbstractTo addressthe inadequate connection between the training of interdisciplinary agricultural talents and industrial demands,thispaper took talentcultivationfortheAgricultural MachineryEquipmentApplicationand Maintenance majorinvocational collges as theresearch object.Itreviewed the development status from 3 aspects: curiculum system,teaching staf,and practical training venues,and proposed targeted optimization paths for talent cultivation.Themajorstillhadroom for improvement inupdatingcurrculumcontent,cultivating interdisciplinary teachers,and constructing inteligentagricultural machinerytraining facilities.Accordingly,3optimizationpaths were putforward:first,itpromoted thein-depth integrationof agricultural machineryandagronomy，embedded core agronomy courses，developed interdisciplinary practical training projectsand built“field classrooms".Second,it strengthenedtheconstructionof thedouble-qualified teacherteam，establishedatwo-wayflowmechanism for “teachers-engineers”,and deepened the mutual employment and joint training of personnel betweencolleges and enterprises.Third,itconstructedavirtual simulationpracticaltrainingbaseforagriculturalmachinery,madeupforthe shortcomings of practical operationrelyingon VR/AR technologyand builtaregionalresourcelibraryforcollges and enterprises.Practiceshowed thatthe training paths fectively promoted thecontinuous optimizationof the teaching qualityof the Agricultural Machinery Equipment Applicationand Maintenance majortoacertain extent.From 2024 to 2025,students won1 national bronzeawardand 4 variousprovincial awards inagricultural machineryskill competitions; teachersapproved7reformprojectsatallevelsinthefieldofagricultural machinery,achievedexcelent results in professional skill competitions and won relevant honorary titles.This paper providesareference for the cultivation of agricultural talents in relevant colleges and universities.
