Ecological cultivation technology for blueberrywhole industrychain

AbstractThisarticlesummarized theecological cultivation techniques for blueberry wholeindustry chain from aspects suchas site selection,soil improvement,varietyselection,cultivation,and field management.Considering factors such as sunlight,soil and terrain conditions,priorityis given to choosing sunny hilsides oropen plains with sufficient sunlight. The soil pH should be between 4.O and 5.O,and the terrain must be flat and have good drainage. Sulfur powderisapplied toadjustthe soil pH,andorganic materials such as decomposedfarmyard manure and peat soil areusedto increase the organic matter content ofthesoil.Incold northern regions,dwarf orsemi-highbush blueberry varieties canbechosen;in warm and humid southern regions,southern highbushorrabbiteyeblueberry varieties can be planted.Thebest time for plantingblueberries is from Decemberto Januaryofthe following year.Polen trees should be planted in a ratio of 3:1 or 4:1 according to the main cultivar and pollinator cultivar. Strengthen field management, applyorganic fertilizers and microbial fertilizer,and perform reasonablepruning.Adopt agricultural control measures (preferablyusing disease-resistant varieties,timely removingdiseasedand dead plants,etc.),physical control (suchas insecttraps)andbiologicalcontrol (predatoryinsects,biologicalpreparations,etc.)measuresfor greencontrolofdiseases and pests.Implement preciseharvesting and cold chain transportation.This article provides areference for the green ecological cultivation of blueberries and the sustainable development of the blueberry industry.
