Abstract：【Objective】This studyconsiders the financing offorestry farmers under financialconstraints through forestry carbonsink funds，weexaminetheoptimal decisionsand profitoutcomesofforestryfarmersandtheforestrycarbon sink fund operators under the emisionreductionpurchase agreement model.The study aims to provide important anreference forincentivizing emission reduction behaviorsof forestry farmers，improving the carbon marketmechanism，and designing policies for forestrycarbon funds.【Method】This study focuses ontheforest farmersunder the forestry carbon sinkfund emission reduction purchase agreement model.Byemploying the mean-variance model and the Stackelberg game model，it investigates forest farmers’strategies regarding the scale and qualityof carbon sink forest management. 【Result】Increasedrisk aversionofforestryfarmersand greaterrandomness incarbon sinkoutput reduce thescaleand totaloutputofcarbon forestsbutleadtogreateratention tocarbon forestquality.However，theexpected profitsof both forestry farmersandfundoperatorsdecrease asaresult.Higher carbon market prices expandthescaleandtotaloutputof sink forests but cause forestry farmers to neglect carbon forest quality.Inthiscase，theforestrycarbon sink fund operators increase thecarbon purchase price，andthe expected profitsof both parties rise with the increase in carbon market prices.Higher govermment subsidiesencourage forestry farmers to expand the scaleand total output of carbon sink forests butresult in a decline in carbon forest quality.Consequently，fund operators lower the carbon purchase price， while the expected profits of both parties increase with highersubsidystandards.【Conclusion】Theforestrycarbon sink fundemision reductionpurchase agreement modelcan，toa certain extent，alleviate the financial constraintsofforest farmersand，undercertainconditions，empower theexpansion，qualityimprovement，carbon sequestration enhancement，and income increase of carbon sink forests.
