Information extracting and dynamic monitoring of Zhalong Wetland based on Vmambacombinedattentionmechanism

Abstract:【Objective]This studyaims to revealthe dynamic evolution paterns of reed wetland land types in Zhalong Wetlandandquantifythe spatiotemporal variationsoftheircoveragecharacteristics,providing scientificbasis forregional wetland ecological conservationand sustainabledevelopment.【Method】Basedon Sentinel-2multispectral remote sensing imagery from 2017to September 2O23 in Zhalong Wetland,amulti-temporal remote sensing dataset wasconstructed, containing fivelandcategories:lake,reedbed,constructionland,arableland,andsaline-alkaliland.Anintegrated classification approachcombining theattntion-based Vmamba model with NDWI water mask was proposed to extract spatial distributionsandarea changesofeach land type.Meanwhile,the fractionalvegetationcover(FVC)was inverted using the dimidiate pixel model,and leaf areaindex(LAI)and ecosystem quality index(EQI)werecalculated. 【Result】 Classification results demonstrated that the overall accuracy(OA)of our algorithm was 80.85% ,the mean intersection overunion(MIoU)was 71.59% ,and macro-F1 score(MF1)was 79.93% . During the studyperiod,lake and reedbedareas in ZhalongWetland showedexpanding trends,whilecultivated landandbuilt-up land areas continuouslydecreased.Saline-alkali landarea fluctuateddynamically.BothFVCandEQI exhibiteda first-increasingthen-decreasing trend,which was generallyconsistent with thecontent of Chinese ClimateBuletin.【Conclusion】The proposed change-monitoring model integrating atention-based Vmamba and water mask demonstrates high applicabilityin wetlandinformation extraction,significantlyimproving classificationaccuracyand dynamicmonitoring precision.The collaborative monitoring resultsofFVC,LAI,andEQI providesreference forwetland resource management and sustainableutilization.
