Abstract：Againstthebackdropofacceleratingglobal greenandlow-carbontransition，theimplementationoftheEuropean Union's Carbon Border AdjustmentMechanism （CBAM）has drawn widespread international atentionand triggered policy adjustments in U.S.carbonemisionregulations.This paperconductsanin-depthanalysisofCBAM's evolutionanditsimpact onthe Unitedtates，systematicallyexamines thespecificcontent，divergencesndonsesusacrosultipleCreated legislativeproposalsintroducedintheU.S.Congres.BasedonthestatusofChina-U.Strade，itevaluatesthepotentialects ofU.S.carbonregulationsonChina's exports.Targetedcountermeasuresare proposed toaddress external greentradebariers， aiming toprovidereferences forChina inperfecting its policy frameworkandenhancing thegreen development levelof industries and enterprises.
