Abstract：The spectralcharacteristics of urbanroad trafic noise significantly influence the evaluation of building soundinsulationperformance.This study analyzes large-scale field measurementdatato establishastandardized noise spectrumindexsystem，whichincludessound pressreleveldistribution，energyproportion，andpeakcharacteistics.I also establishesamulti-level standardization model considering traffcfow features.Theresults have found that there are significant differencesinthespectral energydistributionacross differentlevelsofroadtraficnoise，withthe lowfrequency energy fluctuationbeing the primary factor affcting the evaluationof building sound insulation.Basedon thesefindings，agradedevaluationmethodforbuildingsoundinsulationperformanceisproposed，applicabletodeent architectural types.The influence mechanisms of spectral parametersonevauationoutcomes are quantified，providing a scientific basis for design and assessment of building sound insulation.
