Abstract：Honey isanaturalsweet substance produced bybees.Theycollctthe nectar，secretionsor honeydew from plants，and mix with theirownsecretions，which is then thoroughly fermented.This paper comparesthe key honey standardindicators between ChinaandMongolia，andsortsout thespecificdiferencesofkeyhoneyindicatorsbetween thetwocountries，soas tofurtherimprovethehoneystandards systeminChinaand providereference fordeepening the cooperation and development of the honey industry in China and Mongolia.
