Abstract:Thispaper aims tocompareand analyze thediferences between ISO9001:2023andGB/T19001-2025,two standards forqualitymanagementsystem,intermsofscopeofapplication,termsanddefinitions,structuralframework, and new requirements.It explores the impactof these differences on enterprise quality management,and proposes specific strategies forenterprises toapply thenewstandards.Bysystematicallysortingout thesimilaritiesanddiferences between the two standards,and combining the methods ofliterature reviewand standard comparison,this paper deeply explores thespecificimpacts of these differences ontheconstruction,operationandcontinuous improvementof enterprise quality management systems.Furthermore,through case analysis,it demonstrates how enterprisescaneffectively understand and apply the new standards,and proposes specific implementation strategies including standard training,gap analysis,systemreconstruction,digitaltransformationand green manufacturing.Thispaperaims toprovideenterprises withacomprehensive guide from theunderstanding to the implementationof standards,helping themenhance the efficiency of quality management and promoting sustainable development.
