强化标准“软联通”助推农业国际化的对策研究

Abstract：Since the18thNational Congressof the CommunistPartyofChina，especially in2023，the10thanniversary of the proposalof the BeltandRoad Initiative （BRI），when Chinaannounced eight actions insupportof high-quality joint constructionof the BRIatthe thirdBeltandRoadForum for International Cooperation，agricultural international coperation based on the internationalization of agricultural standards and rules has become an important political and diplomatic issue of China and an advantageous resource in international economic and trade cooperation.By systematically sorting out the overview of agricultural standards including the definition and classification，and furthersummarizing theexperiencesofagricultural standardsand their internationalization in developed European andAmericancountriesaswellas in China，this paperfocuseson thecurrnt predicaments inChinasuchas the weak foundation fortheinternationalizationofagricultural standards，thelow international competitivenessofagricultural products，and the increasinguncertaintyof theongoing trade war.It puts forward measuresand suggestions to improve the“hard mechanism”ofagricultural internationalcooperation fromthe aspectsofstrengthening the foundationof“soft connectivity”of standards，seizing theinitiativeinleading“globalization”，andexpanding thespace foragricultural "internationalization".
