ICP-OES测定食品接触材料及制品用油墨中铅、镉、铬、砷、汞

Abstract:Amethodforthedeterminationoffiveelements,namelylead,cadmium,chromium,arsenic,andmercuryin inksfor foodcontactmaterialsandproducts byinductivelycoupled plasmaopticalemissionspectrometry (ICP-OES)was establishedaccording tothestandard GB4806.14-2023.Solvent-basedinks were pretreated bymicrowavedigestion,and an ICP-OES analyzer was used to determine the five heavy metal elements.The minimumdetection limits ofthe method were in the range of 0.011mg/kg to 0.528mg/kg ,the relative standard deviations were between 1.66% and 7.99% ,and the recoveries of the spiked sampleswere between 85.1% and 110.4% .Theresults show that this method is simple in sample processingwithhighefciencyanditsresultsareaccurateandreliable,whichissuitablefortheanalysisanddetectionof lead,cadmium,chromium,arsenic,and mercuryininks for food contact materialsand products.
