Abstract:Asaconvenient catering solution,the standardizationofthe production,transportationand storageof prepared dishes is essentialto ensure the qualityoffoodand improve the eficiencyof the supply chain.This paper discuses thestandardizationconstructionpathof prepared dishindustryindepth,aiming toprovideascientific and reasonable standardization system to promote the healthy development ofthe industry.This paper elaborates on the standardization strategy of prepared dishes,including the selection ofraw materials,production process,packaging designandotheraspects,inorder toensure theconsistencyofnutritional qualityand tasteoffood.This paper focuses onthe standardization of prepared dishes in the transportation process,covering appropriate temperature control, packagigprotection,logistics trackingandotherlinks,aimingatreducing transportationlossesandensuring thesfety andfreshnessoffoodduring transportationAtthesametime,thepaper thoroughlystudies the standardizationofstorage environment,and puts forwardaseriesof storage conditionsand management norms suitablefordifferenttypesof prepared dishes to prolong the shelf life of food.
