Abstract：Children’swelfare is notonlyacrucialindicatorofsocialcivilzationprogress，butalsoavividmanifestation ofthe modernizationof national governancesystemand governance capacityin the fieldofcivilafairs.This paper providesa briefanalysis of the standardization statusofchildren’swelfare in China，focusingonaspects suchas the constructionofstandardizationorganizations，standardsdevelopment，standardssystemconstruction，andestablisment ofstandardizationpilotprojects.Italsoproposescountermeasurestofacilitatethestandardizedandscientificdevelopment of the industry.

儿童福利是在政府主导推动、社会力量协同参与下，通过政策保障、服务供给和资源支持，为儿童（尤其是困境儿童、留守儿童等特殊群体）提供生存照料、教育支持、健康保障等普惠性关怀的事业，是保障儿童基本权利的制度性安排，也是促进社会公平正义的重要途径之一。（剩余3634字）
