Clinical Study on Rumo Huangji Formula（乳没黄及方）Chinese Herbal Fomentation Combined with TDP Irradiation in Treating Patients with Postoperative Perianal Edema of Mixed Hemorrhoids with Damp-heat and Blood Stasis

Abstract Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy ofRumo Huangji Formula（乳没黄及方）Chinese herbal fomentation combined with specific electromagneticspectrum（TDP）irradiation in the treatment of

postoperative perianal edema of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heatand blood stasis，and its efect on the anal function and pro-angiogenic factors of patients.Methods：A total of14O patientswith mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat and blood stasiswho were treated in our Hospital from June 2O23 to June 2O24 were prospectively selected and divided into a control group andan observation group by using the random number table method，with 7O cases in each group.The control group was treated with TDP irradiation combined with warmwater sitz bath after the operation，while theobservation group wastreated with Rumo Huangji Formula Chinese herbal fomentation combined with TDP irradiation after theoperation.The clinical efficacy， traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score，anal function and pro-angiogenic factors，inflammatory factor levels，and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate of theobservation group was higher than that of thecontrol group（P0.05 ）.Conclusions：Rumo Huangji Formula Chinese herbal fomentation combined with TDP iradiationcan improve the levels ofangiogenic factorsand inflammatoryfactors，alleviate clinical symptoms suchasanal edge edema，enhance theanal function of patients，andpromote their recovery in the treatment of patients with perianal edema of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat and blood stasis.
