Analysis ofCharacteristics ofQilu Typhoid Fever School in Differentiating and Treating Difficult and Complicated Diseases

AbstractThe academic characteristicsand diagnostic and therapeutic thinking of the Qilu Typhoid Fever Schoolhave advantages in thediagnosisandtreatment of difficultandcomplicated diseases.This paper takesthe academicviewpoints，diagnosisand treatment techniques of advantageousdiseases，and medication paterns of Master LI Keshaoand his representative inheritorsas the research contents.Through literature research，ata mining，analysisandcomparison，and inductionandsummary，Qilu TyphoidFever School'sessential， core，and consistent characteristics of diagnosing and treating difficult and complicated diseases are refined as follws：adhering to the law for typhoid fever，integrating learningand application;keeping the mind free ofdistration and prioritizing syndrome diffrentiation;combining diseaseand syndrome，integrating traditionalChinese medicine with Western medicine;regulating thespleen and stomach，differentiating and treating dificultandcomplicated diseases；differentiating chronic and strange diseases based on phlegm and blood stasis;making good use of classic prescriptions and drafting new prescriptions on one's own; varying dosage forms and mixing and matching fortreatment;being logicallyrigorousand attaching great importancetothinking.Master LI Keshao'sdistinctive academic ideasestablishedthebasicmodel for Qilu Typhoid Fever School’sdifferentiationand treatmentof diffcult and complicated diseases.Although JIANG Jianguo，DING Yuanqing，YU Junsheng，and SI Guomin areproficientin treating diffrent diseasesasrepresentative inheritors，theyall inherit Master LI Keshao’s medical conduct and clinical experience in treating various difficult and strange diseases.
