Exploration on Application of Lung-spleen“Tongqi Xiangqiu”in Polymyositis/Dermatomyositis Complicated with Interstitial Lung Disease

AbstractTheetiologyofpolymyositis/dermatomyositiscombined withinterstitiallung disease hasnot been clarified.Combinedwith therelevant traditional Chinesemedicine（TCM）clasics，itisbelievedthat its clinical manifestationscan berelated to the lungand spleenin thefive viscera ofTCM.The theoryof “origin-analogue”plays animportantrole in TCM.This paper expounds the“origin-analogue”relationship between lungand spleen from the aspectsof zang-fu function，meridiansand five elements.Based on the theoryof“origin-analogue”，the etiologyandpathogenesisof thediseaseare exploredfrom the two aspects ofexogenous pathogen invasion and lung and spleen injury，and corresponding treatment methods are proposed in diferent stages（acute attack stage and remission stage），providing theoretical support for the TCMtreatmentof polymyositis/dermatomyositis combinedwith interstitial lung disease，and providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of the disease.
