Abstract:Thispaperinvestigatestheimplementationprocessandpracticaloutcomesofthetechniciancollge-basedadaptationof theAutomobileEngineMaintenancecurrculumundertheframeworkofintegrationofengineeingtheoryandpractice.Throughanindepthanalysisoftecurentlandscapeofautomotivemaintenanceenterprises,combinedwiththeinstitution’spedagogicalresources andstudents’leaingprofiles,tispaperdfiesvocationalcompetencydimensionsforcultivatingskilledtalentsthroughatechician collge-basedcuricuum.Itestablisstechiciancollege-basedcuiculumstandardsalignedwithintegrationofengineringteory andpractice,evelopsorspondingteachingesourcsndimplementspdagogicalinterventios.Tesultsmonstratethatthe adapteduricumsiicantlyanessdents’professoalompetencs,tranferablesils,cialompetenciedopr hensivevocationalliteracy,effectivelyaddressing societaldemands forgraduatesof technical vocationaleducation.

工学一体化课程国标是国家层面的指导性标准,由于地区产业结构、校企合作特点、生源基础和设备设施等软硬件条件的差异,各个技工院校不能脱离实际照搬套用,学校需要结合本区域行业发展状况、学校教学条件、学生学情等,对课程国标进行校本转化,使国标“本地化”“校本化”,从而满足专业建设、课程体系、教学实施的需要[1]。(剩余3880字)
